Physiotherapist
Jo is a dedicated physiotherapist who completed her studies at Curtin University in 2014 and has gained broad experience across a variety of clinical settings throughout her career. She has worked primarily within musculoskeletal private practice within WA and QLD, alongside experience in hospital outpatient departments in metro and remote and rural communities, allowing her to develop a well-rounded approach to patient care.
She has experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions such as, complex pain presentations, acute and persistent pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, exercise rehabilitation and workplace and motor vehicle injuries.
Jo’s approach is patient-centred, combining hands-on treatment, evidence-based exercise rehabilitation, education, and practical strategies tailored to each individual’s goals. She believes successful treatment comes from understanding the whole person, not just the injury and working collaboratively to create realistic, sustainable outcomes.
She is passionate about empowering patients through clear communication, supportive care, and personalised treatment plans that help patients return to work, family life, sport, and the activities that matter most to them.
As well as 1:1 support in clinic, Jo currently runs our small group exercise classes which support the transition from individual treatment to an active approach to long term management.
Outside of work, Jo’s interests are spending time with her young family, living an active lifestyle outdoors, enjoying the beach, parks and local travel.
We’re now welcoming patients at our new Murdoch location from 23 April.
Our physio-led classes are small and often booked out by existing patients. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know when a spot becomes available or call us to check availability.
